About the speaker

Melanie is a tendering expert with over 30 years of relevant experience. Before founding WhyNotChange in 2009, she held senior management consultancy and executive roles, including head of public sector consulting practice.

Since founding her company, Melanie has supported over 8,000 small businesses to grow sustainably and has extensive experience of supporting organisations to build their tendering capabilities.

This includes helping them to win over £188 million of public sector contracts and philanthropic grants.
