Posted: Tue 9th Nov 2021
For many of the UK’s small business owners, the COVID-19 pandemic was a turning point in their relationship with technology.
Some had to adopt new technology to stay operating during periods of restriction and lockdown. Most might not have survived the pandemic without it.
Others, however, seem not to have taken advantage of the full range of tech tools available to them. And this is where they could be missing out, says a new report by Dropbox and Enterprise Nation.
The research shines a light on the changing relationship between business owners and technology. It finds that the right tech tools could help owners of small and medium-sized businesses win back £8.1 billion of lost time.
