MANCUB logoDominique Morton, MANCUB

Describe your business in one sentence.

Style Inherited - matching clothing for Father & Son.

What is your vision for your business?

I want MANCUB to be the go-to brand for matching dad and son outfits. We want to own the premium quality section of this market. I envisage experiential pop-up stores that engage Man and Cub on the high street and keep them entertained whilst mum is shopping. MANCUB is so much more than just clothes. It's about that special bond.

Why is your product right for the buyers?

MANCUB is the only brand dedicated to stylish, premium quality matching father and son clothing.  Twinning is a huge global trend at the moment and it is only getting more popular. There are loads of options out there for mum and daughter, but when there is growing focus on equality and the important role of a dad/father figure in a child's life, it's about time someone started doing it for the boys. Enter MANCUB.

Kintsugi Clothing logoEmma McClelland, Kintsugi Clothing

Describe your business in one sentence.

Kintsugi is an inclusive fashion brand that creates useful, accessible apparel for a wide range of body types.

What is your vision for your business?

I want to bring inclusive fashion into the mainstream and show people that, with small design tweaks, clothing can be made easier for people with a range of health considerations. There is no reason why having a disability or health condition should require people to dress differently or to not have access to the latest trends. I want Kintsugi to be the go-to name for clothing that embraces every body.

Why is your product right for the buyers?

Inclusive fashion is on the rise - with Tommy Hilfiger's range of "adaptive" clothing showing that disabled consumers want to be able to dress fashionably, and Selma Blair's recent comments in Vanity Fair highlighting the need for on-trend, accessible clothing. However, there is still a huge demand for apparel designed with this audience in mind (the UK's disabled population is 13.3m).

Esteem - No PauseJane Hallam, Esteem - No Pause

Describe your business in one sentence.

The effective clothing solution to the debilitation of excessive perspiration, making life more comfortable whatever the underlying cause.

What is your vision for your business?

To continue to improve the lives of our customers through development of our clothing range and through education/information. Development of the new Curve range is in collaboration with my 20 year old art student daughter who is a size 18. A vest top for this range is currently in production and knickers for this range are due to go into production in the near future.

By way of education I produce a monthly article in Top Sante magazine on coping with aspects of life during the menopause which is something that I could also provide similar through contributing to N Brown press releases.

Why is your product right for the buyers?

Like N Brown we are an inclusive business.  Originally developed as a solution to my own menopausal nightsweats we now have a range of customers who suffer from excessive perspiration whether the underlying cause is hormonal, health or environmental.
