I wanted to share the news that I have just started my own Real Estate business, joining forces with Keller Williams who are now the largest in the world. I have for some time felt that people deserve more from their estate agent and the current model doesn’t allow for that level of service. My clients will continue to get all my enthusiasm and hard work but I intend to base my service on building a long term relationship and becoming their trusted advisor rather than just trying to get a deal done, and Keller Williams facilitates my ability to do just that.

The Spill Teem® have an extensive background in service, product, communication and behavioural design and collectively carry 30+ years of human-centred Design experience, business strategy, and cultural change work.

My work also regularly involves delivering keynotes at events, speaking to teams, at leadership groups, masterminds and retreats. I also deliver lectures, seminars and provide training when required on the topic of brand, strategy, storytelling and human-centred design.
