I am Olga the founder of a holistic skincare brand Nat-Zen.com business consultant at Soul-Led Ecommerce https://www.souledcommerce.com/ of & mom of 2 boys, 4 and 2 years old. My mission is to help e-commerce mums to increase their sales fast & gain time freedom with proven systems and expertise so they can enjoy life being present. NatZen brand journey began in 2018 when I started researching the impact plastic has on our planet. I learned about formulating plastic-free soaps, shampoos, and conditioners for myself, my family & friends. The resulting feedback was so positive, it speared me into action to study herbalism and skincare formulation. This in turn led me to pursue my passion for botanical skincare.On becoming a first-time Mum with no spare time for myself, I completely abandoned my skin and well-being. The stress had taken its toll on my well-being and the way my skin looked. It led me to create a skincare line that helps rejuvenate, restore & heal stressed problematic, and dull skin. NatZen inspired me to motivate more women in similar positions to take better care of themselves by embracing wellness rituals, balance & a positive mindset in their daily lives. NatZen also fueled my soul-driven mission to help mums in business because I know how stressful and overwhelming it can feel. All NatZen products are formulated with a holistic approach in mind for skin care and hair care. This method involves treating the whole body using only natural and organic products to heal and nourish skin & hair.NatZen in full is ‘Naturally Zen’ and as the name implies; the end goal is to create products that bring a sense of serenity, enjoyment, and relaxation. I am passionate about producing holistic skincare products that are gentle on the skin and our environment simultaneously.In 2018 I had no eCommerce industry experience or business background. I worked hard to grow this business from the ground up all by myself. It all started with the Etsy Store, Local Markets, and friends' recommendations and progressed to a luxury Natural Skincare Brand that is an example to others.  As a self-taught entrepreneur, I wear many hats and have learned so much since beginning this journey. All in all, I'm just a Mother who had a dream and decided to go for it! I made a plan, put my plan into action, and little by little how NatZen started and evolved.I believe that entrepreneur mums are true superheroes, they are passionate, multi-talented, and have a burning desire to have a soul-driven purpose. I created a transformational Mums in Ecomm program as a soul-driven mission to help mums with e-commerce businesses to implement systems, mindset, and strategies that will help them to double and triple their sales and finally move from side hustle to their dream soul-led business.I was inspired to build this particular program to support and coach women to achieve their maximum potential in their entrepreneurial journey."We have all been there...it's a feeling of mother's guilt and anxiety mixed with sadness when it's again 6:30 pm and I am running late to collect my children in the creche, I have been in meetings all day, skipped my lunch and had another meeting that ran overtime.All I want is to spend more quality time with my kids because they grow so fast, but I am unable to do that because I have to work for someone 40+ hours a week. This is why I am here...
