I am Lesley, the founder of The Money Confidence Academy. I support my clients to say yes to real and sustained financial success.  I am a fully trained and internationally certifed as a Mindset Coach, NLP Coach, Timeline Therapist, Hypnotherapist, Money Breakthrough Coach and Sacred Money Archetypes  Limiting beliefs around our value and worth, can impact every aspect of our business. I help my clients to improve their relationship with money and to turn around those limiting beliefs that are affecting their money mindset. I believe when you master your mindset, you can then master the money you make in your business. I spent the first 20 years of my career working in Corporate Telelecommunications, before starting my own entrepreneurial journey 10 years ago, when I joined the business my husband set up, selling ski property in Switzerland. I helped to expand the business, to include selling property in the French Alps. I have always coached and mentored throughout my career and decided to set up my own coaching business in 2020, as I recognised so many business owners, did not have a comfortable relationship with money, which was not only directly hitting them in their bottom line, but also affecting other aspects of their business also. An ex-pat from Wales, when I am not working on creating powerful money make-overs for my clients, I can be found at my home in Wiltshire - with my amazingly supportive husband and two sons - treading the boards in the local village hall with a microphone in hand, or accompanying my family to the Alpine mountains to indulge in their favourite outdoor pursuits (sshh, don’t tell them I actually hate skiing – much preferring to spend time in the Spa instead….) - although this has been put on a temporary hold during the pandemic.
