In this Lunch and Learn, Lucy Kebbell, founder and director of The Vendeur, explains how you can communicate your positive impact with your audience and clients, in ways that will increase your confidence, your brand reach and your customer base.

As a business that's doing some good, you probably fall into one of two categories. The first is that you love to shout about your positive impact from the rooftops, but don't understand why no-one is listening.

However, maybe you feel held back from telling people what you're doing, for fear that you might be 'cancelled' or that people don’t really care.

I am a newbie to the world of Entrepreneurship, having started my first company on October 2018. With over 14 years of experience working in Luxury Fashion editorial I wanted to put my skills to good use and launched my media platform, The Vendeur, to fill the gap in the market for exciting, inspirational sustainable fashion and lfestyle media.  I manage a small team of contributors but also write and style our content as well as working with sustainable companies to help to grow their brands. I truly believe that conscious consumption paired with loving what you already own is the key to slowing our consumption and saving the planet. In addition to this I am a freelance stylist and consultant helping brands with social media and content creation. Prior to The Vendeur I was a freelance fashion stylist. I still style for brands and magazines, most recently Phoenix Magazine where I serve as their Accessories Editor. I have worked for Harpers Bazaar & Town & Country, as well as Edward Enninful, InStyle Magazine, Jane How and The Independent. I have a huge wealth of knowledge and contacts within the industry that mean that I can serve as a creative touch point for other brands and Founders.
