How inner healing can boost your wellbeing and business

I'm Kriss, the founder of TheHolisticSolution.net and a trauma-informed Holistic Health & Wellbeing Coach & Mentor,  I love helping people improve their Health & Wellbeing - and ultimately their Life - not just through improving their nutrition & eating but through raising their awareness and shifting/healing those "inner wounds" that we all have but most of us are unaware of, however they keep us going around in circles and all too often result in unhealthy/unhelpful and selfsabotaging habits (e.g. comfort / binge eating, drinking etc or even "just" what I call 'comfort shopping'). A common theme I noticed in my clients is an unstable relationship to their father figure - for various reasons e.g. divorce of parents or death of a parent, however this could also be that the father was part of their life and the parents did not divorce but the father was often away for work.
