Watch back: Chat with entrepreneurial womxn - Adanma Wokoh
Adanma Wokoh, founder, Native Mix
Adanma Wokoh is a London-based fashion entrepreneur. Adanma has a fearless love of pattern and colour, her designs are inspired not just by her rich African heritage, but by stories - books that she's read, travels she's experienced and her love for abstract art. Encouraged by her parents to "always have a few plates spinning", Adanma has always been fiercely entrepreneurial - but it wasn't until 2020, when she lost her full-time job, that her side hustle became a front-and-centre hustle.
Native Mix is a slow fashion brand specialising in unique luxury handmade hair accessories, using vibrant fabric remnants and offcuts.
