After learning the basics as an accountant with Deloitte, Henry moved to Uganda in 2015 to set up the Uganda Marathon – the country's largest fundraising event and now one of the world's best charity adventures. Through social entrepreneurship, he's raised £2.5 million for good causes.
Henry has taught entrepreneurship and start-up skills at over 20 UK universities and mentored over 1,100 founders through their first steps. He now builds and leads start-up accelerators across the UK, in which over 2,000 people have taken part. He's currently Entrepreneur-in-Residence for Santander and writing a book on how to pitch.
