Nirish Shakya is a human-centred design leader, design educator and design thinking coach. He's currently the Principal UX Designer at Red Badger in London and a UX Instructor at General Assembly. Before then, he led the design of service experiences and design transformation at NOW TV. As a design thinking coach, he trains individuals and teams and helps organisations embed more customer-centric practices within their processes so that they can build customer experiences that frustrate less and delight more.
