The women we see across the nation every day of the year are daring and ambitious. They are starting new businesses, becoming their own boss, and growing successful ventures.

The costs of starting a business have come down at the same time as a desire for freedom and flexibility has risen. This has led to record start-up rates across the UK, yet the fear of failure, lack of confidence, unconscious bias and a supportive network can hold women back.
