&lt;p&gt;I&amp;rsquo;ve been a Chartered Physiotherapist for over 20 years.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;My specialist area is women&amp;rsquo;s physical health and wellbeing,&amp;nbsp; family health, sport and exercise. I give talks and workshops to the public and in workplaces on physical and exercise and injuries, often alongside colleagues who are experts in their field.&amp;nbsp;I also speak at events, workshops and do academic post-graduate teaching for health and medical professionals.
