In 2014, Laetitia started Let's Jam with a collection of candles made in recycled jam jars – but she quickly extended her range to a number of handcrafted products available at her stall.

Tell us about your business.

My name is Laetitia and this is Let's Jam. Let's Jam is a small business specialising in jewellery based in Camden, North London.

As a small business, I do everything from buying the stock to making the stock because we're making a lot of handmade stuff here.

What are the challenges you face as a business owner?

I have a personal problem with math. You know, I have dyslexia for numbers. So, it's just very difficult to do your math and to do your taxes. Those are the challenges we're facing daily, you know?

What kind of support are you looking to get with Grow London Local?

Personally, anything from marketing and online development to getting better referencing on Google. Just being heard, as we know that big businesses are being supported.

We don't really feel like we have a voice, so it can feel very lonely to grow everything on your own.

What do you look forward to with Grow London Local moving forward?

Just to know that they're here to support us. And as an incentive to support small businesses, it's very heartwarming, and I'm looking forward to more of it.
