Brexit 10 months on: What businesses need to know
Since the end of the Brexit transition period, small companies importing and exporting with the EU have had to comply with new customs rules. These can be complex and generate additional costs. From 1 January 2022, all businesses moving goods between the UK and EU will need to make customs declarations.
To help small businesses deal with the changes, navigate the challenges and find opportunities from selling overseas, Enterprise Nation’s new International Trade Hub, in collaboration with Deloitte, provides the support that small business owners need.
In this panel discussion, hear from Caroline Barraclough and Sam Kiely from Deloitte’s Global Trade Advisory and exporting expert Mike Wilson from Go Exporting Ltd about what has changed for customs controls over the last year. They will also share information about the new requirements for UK businesses, discuss what’s to come in 2022 and explain how the new International Trade Hub can help you.
