&lt;p&gt;Ruth is an experienced HR Director with over 30 years in HR, working (for the first 20) in professional services, investment banking and the public sector holding a number of senior HR leadership roles. She's not come across a situation yet she can't resolve.&lt;br /&gt;

She established her HR practice, 'Amelore Ltd', in May 2010 and has worked with a range of fast growing businesses including 'notonthehighstreet.com', Monica Vinader and Greensill Capital. &amp;nbsp;She is strong believer that HR is much more than compliance and creating the right culture is critical for gaining&amp;nbsp;competitive advantage &amp;amp; business success.&lt;br /&gt;

She has a big HR vision and is a passionate advocate for the HR profession being consistently professional, ethical and forward looking. She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and a trained internal and forensic HR auditor.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;

Ruth was a teenage mother and has had&amp;nbsp;to work hard for her success. She regularly speaks out about gender rebalance and equality in the workplace. She has survived cancer and then thrived and these experiences have made her resilient, compassionate but also fuelled her ambition and can do attitude.&lt;br /&gt;
