Honest service, innovative approach and care for society, environment attracts me as engineering services professional. Business and values growth is definately my passion. I have developed multiple businesses within construction, facilities, engineering services, workforce supplies, training and supported leisure, food, catering, tourism and information technology.

Being graduated, post graduated from great institutes that I chose as my own personal choice, I've worked for multiple international and local companies as part of my career start-up. In Autumn 2010, I formed first limited company and came full-time in business practice for project management and construction, engineering services. By now, I have lead hundreds of projects of multiple trades applications, trained, inducted more than 20 universities graduates and around same numbers of tradesmen directly and supported tens of technicians, engineers, surveyors, managers in project management, safety, civil, mechanical, electrical, construction, catering, safety and building technologies.&nbsp;

Currently, I am carrying out extensive research &amp; development work for construction and public health engineering applications while spending free time and professional hours to provide mentoring service to young UK local businesses as part of Enterprise Nation, carryout a lot of workshops supporting young talent and looking forward to work as Enterprise Advisor for South London Career Hub for a public school in Richmond upon Thames whereas, actively supporting causes working for well being of local communities including Neurodiversity in Business (NiB), Humanity First (HF) and Love Kingston (LK), Kingston Charitable Foundation (KCF) including many national charities.&nbsp;

Professionally, I am working as, MD of Ecowelle (Multidiscipline construction service) and leading Constreco (Recruitment service) and Sills R Us (Coaching) with passion to innovate and make improvements by practice and delivering my service to the industries, societies and communities.&nbsp;

Love to talk and promote, diversity, inclusion, sustainability and ethical business practices within commercial engineering, construction, trainings and recruitment practices for a healthier, safe and quality environment around us. As person and team, very keen to contribute for greener world and promote ways to cut down waste, carryout plantation and alternative fuel, energy use.

Sports, I like mostly all but play casually cricket, boating and tennis. Travelling, a lot of productive topics talks no matters its personal, general or business I just love to get engaged whereas, friends and family gatherings and trying out good cuisines - local or abroad are my hobbies.
