&lt;p&gt;Katie’s experience spans many industries in organisations such as Coca Cola, Vodafone, Amazon, and Ralph Lauren. Having worked both agency &amp;amp;&amp;nbsp; client side in several specialism’s Katie understands the need to balance strategy with both action and most importantly results.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Her real skill lies in working with leaders at all levels to unpick what is really stopping them being the absolute best version of themselves and put’s in place simple, practical strategies to remove blockers to success.
