Amanda is an experienced entrepreneur, qualified coach and mentor, and former Big Four strategy consultant with over 30 years of experience helping individuals and organisations grow with purpose and confidence. She brings a unique blend of commercial insight, inclusive leadership, and practical know-how to her work with start-ups, scale-ups, and creative businesses. 
 
 
Amanda most recently co-founded and served as CEO of Visionnaires, a national programme supporting thousands of underrepresented founders to start sustainable businesses. 
 
 
A passionate advocate for inclusive entrepreneurship, she continues to mentor and coach founders across tech, media, and the creative industries through initiatives including Barclays Eagles Labs, Block Dojo (a Web3 accelerator), Capital Enterprise, Inclusive Coaching CIC, and programmes at RAEng and Imperial College. 
 
 
In addition to her coaching and advisory work, Amanda is a venture scout for Ada Ventures and a member of an Innovate UK steering group focused on entrepreneurial skills. She is also a guest lecturer at several UK universities, sharing her deep experience in innovation, strategy, and scaling ventures.
