Natasha starts her role as Head of Service Delivery and Development with Relate Bradford & Leeds on 10 August 2021. Prior to joining Relate, Natasha was Chief Operating Officer and shareholder at Wizu Workspace which was voted Best Workspace Provider in the SME UK Enterprise Awards 2019. 

Natasha completed an MBA at Leeds University in 2016. Following which Natasha worked for a social enterprise Entrepreneurial Spark and she was Regional Entrepreneur Director for NatWest supporting hundreds of entrepreneurs in accelerators across the North to start, scale and succeed.  Natasha has both a banking and legal background.  She worked as a banking lawyer at Walker Morris following which she joined the Mid Markets, North Regional Lloyds Bank team at as the Regional Sales Director in September 2012 to support the growth of the franchise. 

Natasha is keen to support and facilitate the growth of the Yorkshire community and she is a Trustee for a charity Trust Leeds, she is also a Leeds University Leader in Residence and member of various investment readiness steering groups. Natasha has been accepted on the Insight Programme for the NHS Trust which is starting in September 2021 for non-executive directors.
