Planning is probably the most important of all of the Business Fundamentals that owners need to master.

“I am always busy, have no time, I am chasing the day to day challenges, making some money but not really going forward. What else can I do?”

I have heard these or similar words from almost every single one of my clients. Does this describe your business, doing okay but not really achieving what you set out to do? If you are not growing sales and net profit consistently then something needs addressing.

The challenge is that as you are so busy you may not have seen a different way of working. Sometimes new processes and ideas are just too much to take on BUT beware, failing to plan is one of the main reasons why business either plateau or die.

This 3 hr group session will take you through a structured approach with tools and training to enable you to identify what is really important in your business now and in the medium term. You will leave the session motivated with clear and unambiguous objectives, allocated resource and a timeframe that works for the business.

It will be your responsibility to complete however my clients tell me that I enable them to step away from the day to day and really focus on what matters. It may be just one key objective that you focus on however this way you will achieve it!

This process is repeated every 90 days, reviewing your learnings and successes from the previous quarter and then creating the next plan. If you do this 4 times a year, I guarantee that you will move your business forward and start to build momentum and like a flywheel, once it starts turning you just need to keep it going to see dramatic results.
