I help people and organisations grow and realise their potential. Through Daylight, I coach, consult, mentor, and partner with leaders and their teams to support them as they navigate growth, change, or complexity. My work focuses on helping people see more clearly, think more deeply, and act with intent, whether that’s stepping into leadership, shaping culture, or driving organisational performance. Alongside this, I am a partner at Blackline, an independent, people-first brand agency, where my day-to-day focus is on Blackline Blueprint, helping organisations align culture, strategy, and brand and build businesses that connect deeply with people and grow sustainably.
