Rona Loweth manages the McKinney HR support service and has over 15 years’ generalist HR experience gained in a variety of sectors including public, 3rd sector, Engineering, Marine and oil and gas. Rona is passionate about supporting people in the workplace and takes pride in delivering a quality service to clients. While she is the first point of contact for HR Support clients, Rona is supported by our team of HRBP’s. We are a team of specialist Human Resources & Organisational Development professionals who can enable you and your team to improve organisational performance through delivery of specific HR projects to support organisational change or provision of HR Business Partnering support as and when needed. McKinney HR can also support organisations to identify, resolve and recover from conflict or challenging situations.
