With over 15 years’ experience in engineering and manufacturing, progressing to General Manager, I’ve led teams, implemented systems, and driven operational and financial performance through periods of growth and change. I now work with business owners to bring clarity back into their organisations — helping them define who they are, where they’re going, and how to get there through practical, structured plans that actually get implemented.
