I’m a results-driven director with a track record of helping SMEs grow across the UK and overseas. My background spans sales, marketing, franchising, recruitment and training and I bring the drive and determination to move businesses forward when it matters most.
I learned early in my career that nothing happens in a business until a sale is made. That belief still shapes my work today. I help SME owners sharpen their sales strategies, strengthen leadership, retain and motivate good people and put the right systems in place to support sustainable growth.
My real passion is football having started in the game at the age of 16 before spending much of my life coaching others. I'm currently chairman and first team coach of a club I formed in 1993.
My approach
I take a hands-on approach, working alongside business owners as a trusted partner. Whether it’s driving sales, improving leadership or unlocking new routes to market, my focus is always on practical steps that deliver lasting results. I also specialise in franchising, guiding firms through funding, franchisee recruitment and scaling with confidence.

Who I work with
I work with SME owners and leadership teams who are ambitious but feel weighed down by day-to-day challenges. Clients often have turnover between £1m and £50m but the common factor is a hunger to grow and a willingness to change.
How we can work together
We start with an honest discussion about your business. This looks at what’s working, what isn’t and what you want to achieve. From there, I’ll recommend the right route: consultancy support, a growth project or exploring franchising if it’s the right model. I stay involved until the results are in and your team is equipped to carry on without me.
