I offer consulting on 3 scales:
HANDS OFF
For businesses who need me on hand for help and advice throughout the month and to carry out specific tasks, but don't need help with the day-to-day.
Works well for:
- established businesses that have a team and need an expert consultant to help on specific projects.
- founders who expect to be very hands on themselves
- research based projects
- keeping track of stock levels and periodically placing orders
- monthly sales analysis
- work that can be carried out remotely
How it works:
- We catch up once or twice a month on zoom and set tasks.
- Support by email or Whatsapp during business hours if you need to ask questions or problem solve.
- I work on my set tasks and report back periodically.
HANDS ON
This is for businesses who need a bit more hands on help like occasional fit sessions or trade fairs as well as help managing some of the day-to-day e.g. communications with suppliers
Works well for:
- Small businesses with limited collections or a small team
- Hands on founders with little to no experience of running a fashion brand
How it works:
- Everything from 'Hands Off' but with a bit more of my time to attend meetings with you or on your behalf.
- I'm on hand for help and advice but can also be more hands on speaking directly with your suppliers if needed.
HAND HOLD
For businesses who need me to own a project and keeping it moving forward
Works well for:
- startups with an ambitious growth plan
- businesses that need a someone to manage the day to day
How it works:
- I take the wheel with your project managing suppliers and deadlines.
- Weekly catch ups online and support by email and Whatsapp within business hours.
