Mentoring and troubleshooting

Founder and managing director of a firm of consulting civil, structural and geoenvironmental engineers which has been in business 25 years. My resulting business experience includes business administration and legal matters, management accounting and taxation, IT systems implementation and management, staff recruitment and management, premises procurement and management and H&S. In addition I have 35 years experience in the construction industry in the design and supervision of large projects. I have mentored a large number of staff and co-directors in businesses I have founded. I have a substantial amount of business experience gained over many years and it would be good for other entrepreneurs to benefit from that and allow me to give back to the next generation. I am passionate about seeing businesses succeed. I can help guide other business owners to quickly navigate the myriad of obstacles that present themselves when forming or building businesses which would allow owners to free up their time to concentrate on producing and selling their product which is the primary function of a business of course. I have spent a lot of time over the years pondering both good and bad problems before finding a way through and could help others do the same much more quickly these days.
