Leadership Impact Coaching
Leadership Impact Coaching is a 6-session program enabling you to rediscover your energy for impact and re-engage with your professional and business objectives with purpose and clarity.
Over the course of 3 to 6 months, we’ll work together to develop and execute a bespoke action plan that increases your leadership impact and enables you to raise performance in your business.
How Will This Benefit Me?
Leadership impact coaching always starts with you, your core values, and your unique strengths.
These may be buried under the burden of overwork and overwhelm.
Or constrained by limiting beliefs, harmful habits or unhelpful behaviours that may have developed over time.
In our initial two sessions, we’ll take the time to bring your preferences, passion, and purpose back into sharp focus.
Over the course of a further 4 coaching sessions, we’ll:
Align your personal values and unique strengths with your business’s vision and mission.
Cut through the complexity and clutter of business as usual to create clear and compelling goals.
What's In The Program?
Leadership impact coaching includes:
- Personality assessment using the NERIS® model
- Vision and values assessment using a proprietary method
- Learning styles assessment using the Honey & Mumford questionnaire
- Business impact assessment using The GC Index® framework
- SIX individual coaching sessions delivered on Teams or in person if preferred for clients in Cambridgeshire
