Leadership Coaching is a one-to-one coaching service for senior leaders operating in fast-growing, high-pressure environments.

This service is designed for leaders who are stepping into bigger roles, managing more complexity, or leading teams through change — and want to do so with clarity, confidence, and credibility.

Common themes in leadership coaching include communication under pressure, managing up and across the organisation, decision-making, confidence in authority, navigating ambiguity, and developing a leadership style that feels authentic rather than performative.

My approach combines evidence-based coaching with deep operational experience from scaling businesses and working for Fortune 500 corporaets. Sessions are structured, reflective, and forward-looking, helping leaders move from reactive problem-solving to intentional leadership.

Rather than offering advice or “best practice”, leadership coaching creates space to slow down thinking, challenge assumptions, and strengthen judgment. Clients often report improved confidence, clearer boundaries, stronger relationships with peers and teams, and a greater sense of control in demanding roles.

Founder turned Executive Coach I’m an executive coach working with founders and senior leaders navigating moments of growth, transition, or reset.  I support people who are being asked to step up into bigger leadership roles, or who sense it may be time to step sideways or move on — and want clarity without losing momentum. Before coaching, I spent over two decades building and leading businesses.  I’m the co-founder of Oddbox, one of the UK’s largest sustainable food delivery companies tackling food waste. I helped grow the business from a South London startup to a nationwide brand, reaching £30m in revenue in six years, earning B Corp certification, and raising over £25m in Series B funding. That lived experience shapes how I coach: commercially grounded, human, and direct. Alongside my coaching work, I serve as a non-executive director and advisor, and regularly share real-world insights on leadership, growth, and founder wellbeing. Outside work, I’m usually bouldering or keeping up with my high-energy six-year-old daughter.
