We look at how you are really showing up for yourself behind the scenes, identify any bottlenecks before extending to look at how we go about leading others.


The leadership style I have found to be most effective is truly understanding the needs of your people and adopting a 'servant-leadership' mindset.


Of course different spaces call for different methodologies. It's about being able to discern when to escalate on the assertiveness and when to embrace a little gentleness.


No one likes to be micromanaged and so in order to effectively lead people, it's about understanding your people's personality types and consulting them in a way that gets the best out of them.


I will teach you how to build systems and add a human element to leadership in order to get your team on board to execute your vision through through earning respect and loyalty.
