I’m the founder of BrightLine, a consultancy supporting growing SME's that are starting to feel more complex and harder to manage as they scale. With over 15 years’ experience in engineering and manufacturing, progressing to General Manager, I’ve led teams, implemented systems, and driven operational and financial performance through periods of growth and change. I now work with business owners to bring clarity back into their organisations — helping them define who they are, where they’re going, and how to get there through practical, structured plans that actually get implemented. My focus is on turning strategy into action, improving alignment across teams, and helping businesses move from reactive firefighting to controlled, sustainable growth.
