I am a serial social entrepreneur, with a background in restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. 

I have opened several restaurants and bars, and just over 70 coffee shops around the world, primarily in the UK, and been behind countless coffee operations. These have been in a huge variety of places, including hotels, blockbuster film sets, prisons, hospitals, planes ferries & trains, and local community cafes. 

I have started several ventures that seek to work with disenfranchised groups, helping them gain employment to tackle their societal barriers. This includes working in prisons with young offenders, working with the homeless, and working with young disabled people. 

I love what I do and enjoy helping people build businesses that have a positive impact on others around them.

&lt;p&gt;I'm Emily, Retail Supply Chain Consultant and owner of The Retailer Clinic. I help small retailers to optimise their supply chains, focusing on the areas of procurement, production, inventory management, forecasting, cash flow and strategy.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I have over 10 years experience in retail having worked in head offices in buying, sales and production roles and on the shop floor in sales advisor and account management positions.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Working for small retailers opened my eyes to the challenges small retailers face when it comes to supply chain. Forecasting and inventory management software is eye-wateringly expensive, production planning is more complex due to smaller order quantities, and deciding on a procurement strategy can be difficult without buying power.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I went in search of solutions to these problems and spent the next few years studying supply chain analytics, fundamentals, dynamics and design. Armed with 10 years of experience navigating retail supply chains and a stack of models and knowledge, I am ready to help you optimise your supply chain!&lt;/p&gt;

I am here to help all members with any retail operations and supply chain questions.

I am a Business Partnership Adviser covering the Kirklees area. I help support SME's to navigate and engage with education via universities, colleges and schools to develop and strengthen their talent pipeline and workforce.&lt;br /&gt;

I work as part of a team of Business Partnership Advisers covering West and North Yorkshire to help address skills gaps within your business to ensure you have a strong, diverse, future-proofed workforce through accessing talented students to help your business grow. Working with the your local Business Partnership Adviser your business will have access to free one-to-one, impartial support to guide you through the process of engaging with the right people at local universities and colleges to secure student talent on a flexible basis be it short or longer term. A new, fresh pair of eyes can bring an exciting, creative advantage to your business and assist with upcoming live projects.&lt;br /&gt;
