I have 20+ years of experience in financial services, SME development, business and strategy consulting and management. I have led customer-centric market research, product development and go-to-market engagements; supported clients in technology platform needs assessment and implementation; built multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural teams in a number of countries; and acted as Project Director for a number of long-term multi-million dollar mobile money and financial services solution implementations. I have lived in multiple countries over the past 20 years, and worked in 30 additional countries throughout Africa and Asia. Much of this time was focused on strategy consulting for businesses - helping them to be customer-centric and focused on quality execution to drive their growth. I recently launched <a href='www.cove.business' target='_self'>Cove</a> - an Intelligent software application to supercharge your small businesses.
