As a training facilitator he has delivered on-line and front of room training in a variety of different topics related to leadership and management, this spans over 350 workshops delivered to over 4500 delegates in local and global settings. He helps business leaders and founders navigate change and improve performance for themselves and the teams they lead or manage and can use his network to support goals and aspirations where needs identified are outside of his own skill range. He is an accredited member of the UK Business Advisors Association (UKBA) and an active member of the Association of Business Mentors (ABM) able to work on a 121 or Group Basis based upon needs and requirements. David anticipates being based within the South East Region (Hampshire/Sussex) post relocation (family needs) by the end of Q2/2025 within 90 minutes of London, remaining active across the South West and South East Regions for face to face engagements. He has Zoom and Teams accounts for delivery of 121 coaching and group training if required with extensive experience of online delivery and engagement.
