The Team at iBOSS have many years of experience working with and growing startup businesses both as owners themselves and in terms of supporting other owners, particularly those setting out on the journey for the first time.

Business Finance Services (www.bufinserv.co.uk) is an independant commercial finance brokerage assisting SME's to plan and finance their businesses.
We also have a second business which trades as iBOSS (www.theiboss.co.uk). We assist SMEs with everything from business planning to providing on-going mentoring services. We also support clients looking to set up or acquire a business for the first time. We have recently become involved in helping clients to prepare their established businesses for sale.
My own personal background is that, having completed a degree in Business Studies I spent 20+ years in export sales &amp; marketing dealing with everything from earthmoving machinery to computers. With my wife we then bought a rural post office which we ran for 6 years before upgrading to a bigger one in a Northamptonshire village. This we ran for another 7 years. I then retrained in commercial finance and set up Business Finance Services www.bufinserv.co.uk in 2002 and have been running it ever since. With my fellow Directors we have a wealth of experience running different sizes of businesses in a wide variety of markets.

Powering the High Street is designed to breathe life into the UK's high streets by supporting the next generation of retail entrepreneurs. 

Natalie is a performance marketing consultant, with extensive experience in the D2C &amp; subscription space. Most recently she worked as Head of Performance Marketing for Tails.com, joining the start up at an early stage and being part of the team that drove 5x revenue growth. Her experience includes launching and scaling across a range of marketing channels (digital &amp; offline) &amp; countries, leading on site conversion projects and using CRM to increase customer retention.
In addition to her in house experience she has a search agency grounding, and an entrepreneurial spirit which saw her launch an award nominated blog and led to her writing for Timeout &amp; GroupOn.
