About Me I founded The Success Quest to meet a clear need: solution-focused therapy, delivered by someone who understands the real-world pressures professionals and entrepreneurs face. Before retraining as a therapist, I spent over 15 years navigating high-pressure corporate environments, including FTSE 100 companies and cross-cultural roles in Hong Kong and Mainland China. As a first-generation immigrant and boarding school survivor, I know first-hand the toll that stress, perfectionism, and identity challenges can take.
Now, I specialise in helping driven professionals and entrepreneurs break free from overwhelm, procrastination, imposter syndrome, and self-doubt. Many of my clients are highly capable individuals who, despite their success, feel stuck, anxious, or frustrated by the gap between their ambitions and their reality. My approach is a powerful, practical blend of clinical hypnotherapy, counselling, EMDR, EFT, NLP, and Rapid Solution Therapy.
