As companies grow, the job changes fast. Decisions carry more weight, teams become more specialised, and the founder’s role shifts from doing to leading. Many founders I work with feel stretched between strategy, people, performance, and their own identity in the business.
My coaching creates space to step back, think clearly, and make confident decisions in the moments that matter most. Before coaching, I co-founded and scaled Oddbox from an early-stage startup to a nationwide business, reaching £30m in revenue, achieving B Corp certification, and raising over £25m in venture funding. That lived experience means sessions are practical, commercially grounded, and rooted in the real challenges founders face — not theory.
