I am a Chartered Physiotherapist, specialising in women's physical health, wellbeing and performance. She leads regular women’s health and exercise Masterclasses and Corporate Health sessions , empowering women with credible information and practical solutions. She regularly speaks at events and festivals, sports clubs and women’s groups and contributes to media on the topics of women’s health, peri/post menopause, injury and physical activity.
