The Ecommerce Mentoring Program is a one-to-one mentoring and coaching option specially for UK ecommerce businesses under £5m turnover.


Whether you need help with sales, cashflow, or want to make more profit and scale your business with a view to exiting later, this program means you'll have a mentor with considerable experience as a founder & owner by your side to help.


You'll start with an in-depth one-to-one call with Gary to understand your business and what you want to get out of mentoring, and monthly one-to-one and group calls after that.


In between those calls, you'll have direct access to Gary or one of his colleagues so you can ask questions, get feedback, advice or anything else related to your business you need help with.


It's a relaxed, friendly environment where you have a supportive partner to help and guide you in achieving your goals.


Mentoring fees are based on turnover, starting at £450 per month + VAT for under £500k turnover.


If you are UK based, own a B2C or D2C ecommerce business under £5m turnover, based on a platform like Shopify or Woocommerce or custom build, want help building and growing your business, and would like advice and assistance from someone who's been there and done it, then this is for you!
