&lt;p&gt;Unlike other generic pregnancy blends, HotTea Mama teas have specific, functional benefits.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;There is a blend to ease morning sickness, a breast feeding tea, a raspberry leaf blend to prepare the body for labour, a caffeine free pick me up, a sleep aid, and a high caffeine cuppa.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Each blend is safe for pregnancy and breastfeeding, excluding ingredients like liquorice which can be dangerous and lead to high blood pressure.&lt;/p&gt;

I am the co-founder of HotTea Mama, an award winning specialist tea company creating blends to support women with periods &amp; fertility, pregnancy, breastfeeding, motherhood and perimenopause.&nbsp;&nbsp;

Having worked as a tea buyer and blender for over 18 years, and becoming the first non-Chinese person to get a degree in Tea Science at the University of Forestry and Agriculture in Fujian, I was inspired to set up HotTea Mama after having children in 2017.

With my best friend Kate, we developed a tea range to support women’s wellness. We have focussed on D2C growth initially, growing the business from £22k to over £230k, while working part time elsewhere.&nbsp;

Now we have a small team of working mums, who are growing the business even more. We''re extremely proud to focus on supporting women in our workplace as well as with our products.
