I have been passionate about driving growth for businesses in the Southwest for the last 30 years and have worked across a number of different business sectors from construction to hospitality and retail. Most of this has been in direct to customer across e-commerce and shops. My super skill is really understanding the customer and the data - driving more from existing customers and attracting the ideal new customers - all as efficiently as possible.
