This happens for many reasons and it is important that you do not lose your original purpose and culture as you grow. I run culture and values workshops for all sizes of organisations helping teams to understand what makes a strong culture, what underpins personal and company values and how building a charter that is owned by everyone in the company can heavily improve and drive team performance and engagement. 

I'm passionate about people and business. Since 2013 I've been working with senior leaders to improve business performance by improving the performance of people. 

I'm an accredited ILM7 Mentor, NLP Master Coach and was awarded ‘Best Mentor’  - National Mentoring Matters Awards 2023. 

I've held Senior Commercial Exec., Service, and Training roles at Coty; Sky TV; and Liz Earle Beauty. For the past 12 years I’ve run my business consultancy, been MD of a Start-Up and GM of a Country Club & Spa.
