Hi, I’m Jon (he/him)I’m passionate about helping businesses do more with technology, whether that’s making every day run a bit more smoothly, embarking on a new venture or implementing big changes. I've grown a business from 3 to 10, to 20 people and more. And at each stage new challenges present themselves. Coming from a web development and systems background, I've always been passionate about translating the power of technology into plain English and helping teams get the best from it. Software training & support I understand that being a business owner or manager can be a lonely place, even when you're surrounded by a big team. So, if you need a no-nonsense sounding board, a fresh pair of eyes or a second brain to test out your ideas with, I'm able to help as a business mentor, consultant or advisor helping you spot the opportunities you might have missed in the thick of the day to day and keep you on track from month to month. While technology is my passion, I've also worn many of the hats that come with being a business owner from HR, to legal, finance and IT and can help you understand what’s important and avoid some of the pitfalls.Whatever we work on together, it'll be hands on, jargon free and results focussed. I’m based in the centre of Manchester and can support you online or in person, as well as being easily connected by train or plane to come and spend time together if needed.
