With over 20 years in retail and e-commerce, I've held leadership roles at Amazon, Tesco and Homebase overseeing supply chain transformation and business strategy. Most recently, I spent a decade at Amazon leading the corporate business in Ireland and launching Amazon.ie. That experience gave me deep insight into how large e-commerce platforms work and where businesses struggle to unlock growth.  I founded Cobalt Consulting to help manufacturers and brands navigate Amazon profitably. Most businesses find Amazon's complexity overwhelming: unclear where to focus, uncertain on margins, exposed to brand risk. I'm passionate about unpicking that complexity and building sustainable operations.   My approach is analytical and detail-driven. I've managed significant P&L accounts, driven cost-to-serve improvements and delivered complex transformation projects. Beyond the spreadsheets, I believe in collaboration, working as an extension of a client's team to build lasting capability. Outside work, I'm kept busy by my two young children and enjoy reading business biographies. I'm here to help businesses see Amazon not as a necessary evil, but as a genuine growth channel.
