&lt;p&gt;I established my business in 2013 when I decided that 17 years with one organisation was long enough. It probably took me 4 years to make the overnight decision to quit because I didn&amp;#39;t have a career coach to help me at that time.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
I just couldn&amp;#39;t find the headspace to get clear about what I should do next. I was too busy doing what I was being paid to do - even though I knew that it was no longer my dream job.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
So, I know how it feels to be uncertain about the future because I felt that way back then. What I&amp;#39;ve found is that it really helps to get clear about what you want and that sometimes you need someone external to help you find that clarity.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Your coach is that external person. I have no agenda of my own. It&amp;#39;s your goals that count. Once we get clear about your next steps we will create a tailored plan so that you can achieve your goals.&lt;/p&gt;

The Spill Teem® have an extensive background in service, product, communication and behavioural design and collectively carry 30+ years of human-centred Design experience, business strategy, and cultural change work.
