As an AI Ethics & Sustainability Strategist and Founder of Rise IQ, my mission is to guide leaders & organisations to create measurable social impact within their existing business models. I believe that by making ethical decisions that serve both people and the planet, businesses can deliver meaningful value to shareholders and stakeholders alike.
My work now sits at the intersection of AI, Sustainability & Education. With AI increasingly shaping the future of work, identity & wellbeing, I’ve expanded my consultancy to support schools, educators & parents in co-creating AI curricula rooted in empathy, ethics & human-centred values.
Through Rise IQ, I partner with corporates, responsible tech, schools & education groups to deliver age-appropriate, non-fear-based frameworks around AI literacy, digital resilience & ethical technology. These programmes are designed to empower teams, students, equip teachers & inform parents ensuring that the future of AI in education is inclusive, safe & values led.
This work builds upon two decades of experience in financial markets, combined with my personal journey through parenthood, medical advocacy, dementia care & social impact entrepreneurship. Every chapter of my life, whether working in high-stakes finance or founding tech-for-good ventures has shaped my approach to ethical leadership and sustainable innovation.
I’ve created solutions in partnership with London Business School, UCL Dementia Research, Women’s Aid & Local Authorities. I’ve also advised on AI safety, DE&I strategy & ESG integration for corporates startups, family offices, schools & high-growth founders.
Alongside my corporate and education-focused work, I serve as a board advisor, TEDx speaker, and advocate for AI ethics and sustainability speaking on issues such as children’s digital safety, women’s health, inclusive leadership & the future of work. Having built and raised finance for multiple startups, I understand what it means to embed ESG and responsible impact into a business from day one.
