As an ESG & Sustainability Strategist and Founder of Rise IQ, my mission is to guide leaders & teams in creating measurable social impact within their existing business models. I believe by making ethical decisions that positively affect both society and the environment, businesses can drive meaningful value for both shareholders and stakeholders alike.Rise IQ requires all the skills I have learned through work and in life. Skills acquired from diverse areas including two decades within the world of financial markets, parenthood and care of the elderly, medical advocacy, healthcare and technology entrepreneurism.As a parent, I want to change the narrative around discrimination within schools & organisations.I want the best opportunities for all young people – and today I fight for and champion opportunities that match businesses with projects that improve lives. Each invaluable experience has driven me to form and follow a vision that blends profitable business with a better world. I am proud of my journey and unique skillset. I confidently lead companies to discover, develop and add a lasting and valuable asset to their portfolio whilst steering them towards sustainable leadership and innovation.Alongside corporate work, my role extends to being a board advisor and TEDx speaker, where I shares insights on ESG, Sustainability, Ethical Leadership, DE&I, social justice & Women's health.Having gone through my own entrepreneurial journey within an incubator & accelerator and progressing continually with the process, I have direct experience of creating a value proposition, product development, raising finance, exit strategy & building ESG into the business model.As a passionate social entrepreneur, I have been actively working on Diversity, Equity & Inclusion within schools, Teens in Artificial Intelligence, BAME community groups & Dementia Care to create and build technology services and products resulting in positive social impact. When Dementia impacted the life of my family, I developed a solution incorporating lifestyle behavioural change and science backed with UCL Dementia Research. I am committed to breaking barriers and pushing for change which has led me to increase my speaker prescence and lead expert panel discussions on critical ESG & sustainable topics because I firmly believe that you can enhance ethical decision making and create shareholder & stakeholder value. My career & advocacy work embody my dedication to driving progress and making a lasting impact on both businesses and society.
