Across this full-day event, you'll learn from expert mentors and industry professionals covering essential topics in branding, pricing, customer retention and digital growth – all tailored to help you scale with confidence.

• Create a digital brand: Define your brand's purpose, values and story to build a strong, consistent presence across all platforms.

• Get your pricing right: Understand how to align your pricing strategy with your value and market position using cost-based and value-based models.

• Transform customers into advocates: Discover practical ways to boost repeat business, generate referrals and build loyalty.

• Use AI for efficiency: Learn how to use free AI tools as personalised assistants to save time and simplify your digital marketing.

• Master social media marketing: Turn followers into paying customers with engaging, authentic content that drives conversions.

• Group session: Guided by a business mentor, you'll work through practical exercises to develop your own two-year scale-up plan with step-by-step support.

Who can join

Support for StartUps is designed for early-stage founders and small business owners based in the London Borough of Tower Hamlets. Ideal participants are start-ups that have been trading for 12 to 24 months.

When you register, you can secure your spot right away! Once registered, we'll send a quick follow-up email asking for some simple details to confirm your eligibility, such as:

• proof that you live or run your business in Tower Hamlets (for example, a utility bill, bank statement or business registration)

• your Companies House number or unique taxpayer reference (UTR), along with a screenshot showing the number

Providing these details is straightforward and helps us confirm your place so you can focus on building your brand, growing your audience and scaling your business.
