Westminster City Council, in partnership with Westminster Business Council, is delivering the Supplier Readiness Programme to support Westminster-based small and micro-businesses in securing public and private sector contracts.

- Mentoring and shadowing with established firms.
- Sector-specific "meet the buyer" events and networking.
- Inclusion in a supplier directory for contract referrals.

Eligibility requirements
To be eligible for the programme, your organisation must be at least one of the following:
- A Westminster-based small, medium or micro (including sole trader) business (for example, with less than 250 staff).
- A London-based diverse business (for example, 51% or more owned and led):
- Global majority-led.
- Woman-led.
- Disabled-led.
- LGBTQIA+-led.
- A London-based mission-led business:
- Social Enterprise.
- Community Interest Company (CIC).
- Green/circular SME (for example, specifically supplying green products, services or solutions).
- Cooperatives.
- Mutuals or employee-owned businesses.
