About your Local Leader: Michael Millward

Michael Millward is a HR professional with over forty years’ experience in his field. Passionate about start-ups and small businesses, he runs several HR and learning related businesses, including Abeceder, which provides a logical ‘hiring to retiring’ people management solution.

Michael is a writer, contributing regularly to several business publications and websites. And when he’s not working you will find Michael in a gym, up a hill, or on a stage. In 2022 he had his first speaking role in a feature film.
