Most recently she worked as Head of Performance Marketing for Tails.com, joining the start up at an early stage and being part of the team that drove 5x revenue growth. Her experience includes launching and scaling across a range of marketing channels (digital &amp; offline) &amp; countries, leading on site conversion projects and using CRM to increase customer retention.
